? How to Login to Your Deco X20
Deco uses your TP-Link ID (the cloud account you created during setup) instead of a local "admin" username. You can manage the system from the app anywhere, or from the web page while connected at home.
Method 1 — The Deco App (Recommended):
Install the Deco app (iOS / Android) and sign in with your TP-Link ID — the account that originally set up the system (the "owner" account).
The home screen shows your network map, connected clients, and quick settings. Tap More for the full menu (Wi-Fi, Security, Parental Controls, Block List, and more).
Method 2 — Web Management Page:
Connect a device to your Deco Wi-Fi (or via Ethernet).
Open a browser and go to http://tplinkdeco.net or http://192.168.68.1.
Sign in with the password of your owner TP-Link ID account. You'll access the Deco web management page.

Every phone, TV, camera, and smart plug will drop off the network. You'll need to reconnect each device with the new password. Tip: change it when you have time to walk around the house reconnecting devices.

Your TP-Link ID protects the whole system. Change it anytime via the Deco app under More ? Account / TP-Link ID settings, or through the TP-Link account recovery page if you're locked out.

Viewing Connected Devices:
In the Deco app home screen, tap the Clients / device count icon. You'll see every device currently on your network.
Tap any device to see details: name, connection type (Wi-Fi band or wired), real-time speed, and data usage. From here you can prioritize it (QoS) or block it.
Blocking a Device:
Fastest way: open the device's page in the app and tap Block. It's instantly removed and blacklisted.
Or manage everything centrally: go to More ? Block List, tap the + icon, then choose Select Clients or Add by MAC address.

Some phones and laptops randomize their MAC address for privacy, which can make them look unfamiliar. Check the device's Wi-Fi settings (disable "Private Wi-Fi Address" for your home network) or block anything you truly don't recognize.
